Rani Durgavati Yojana Documents List with Girl Name

There are some of the documents that you should need to prepared in the name of the baby girls as listed below.

• Birth Certificate: This document is issued by the medical Officer of the hospital in the name of the baby girl.
• Age Proof: A birth certificate can also be treated as age proof for the girls because in the same documents, the date of birth, timing of birth and place of birth will be written.
• ID proof: If your girl have Aadhar Card, then she can submit.

Documents Prepared on Parent Name

• Residence Certificate: To show permanent residency, the documents of the domicile certificate can be submitted by the parent.
• ID Card: The Aadhar card of both parents can be submitted with the form.
• Economic Status of Family: This scheme is only for the BPL Families of the state, so to show your economic status you need to submitted the Ration Card issued by government.
• Economic Status of Family: In this, the income certificate can be prepared in the name of all the family members from all sources.
