Incentive Benefits
After submitting your entry, if you are selected to receive the incentive of the scheme, then you will receive the amount, minimum Rs.12,000 to a maximum of Rs.24,000. The amount can be given to the selected artist through e-payment. This amount is given to all the selected local artists only one time for every year.

Eligibility Criteria For Artist
So it is important to check the eligibility conditions before sending your entries for this scheme.
- Applicant must belong to Chhattisgarh State, which means CG State is your native place.
- Your annual income from all sources is not more than Rs.96,000/-.

- Local Theatre Artist
- Folklore
- Songwriter of Chhattisgarh
- Incrementalist
- Local Craftsmen
- Chhattisgarh Cook who cooks the local traditional Dishes

How and Where To Send your Entries?
- So first of all, if you have checked the eligibility Criteria of the scheme and think that you are eligible for the Scheme, then you need to register on the Chinhari Portal of the Chhattisgarh State.
- If you are not registered on the portal, then you can not get the incentive benefits of the scheme.
- Applicants can also submit their entries through the Registered Email in the prescribed Format.
- You can send your entries by sending through Postal on the Office of the Culture Department of the State.
- In the application envelope, you also have to write “ Chief Minister Folk Artist Incentive Scheme-2026’.

Selection of Artist
